Premium wellness / studio website
Core Atelier Pilates
Studio site focused on trust, calm, and booking clarity — premium feel before anyone sends a message.
Bankoti Studio · Websites · Dashboards · Systems
I build websites, dashboards, product flows, and automations — the part customers see, and the systems underneath that keep the work clean.
Most businesses don't need more theatre. They need a sharper first impression, a clearer path to enquire, and fewer moving parts behind the scenes.

Emphasized stack labels include FastAPI, Python, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Postgres, Redis, Docker, Celery, APIs, Dashboards, Automation, LLM evals, and Reliability.
Proof
These are real builds, not mockups. Open them, click around, and judge them the way a buyer would: does it feel credible, clear, and easy to act on? That's the standard I care about.
A good site should answer the obvious questions before the buyer has to ask them.

Premium wellness / studio website
Studio site focused on trust, calm, and booking clarity — premium feel before anyone sends a message.

Local business / trade website
Local craft business presence: credible workmanship, clear services, and an easy path to enquire.

Refill-led DTC storefront — subscription, replenishment, and post-purchase flows built for repeat purchase.

Ecommerce / brand store
Small-brand storefront with intentional merchandising — product presentation and checkout clarity first.
Live demos and dashboards on the left — backend-shaped work on the right. Click through, then open code when you want to see how it's wired.
Mall of America interactive deck
Interactive deck — reads like software, not a slide export.
Fin Dash
Dashboard slice for messy spreadsheet workflows. Demo uses sample data.
Let’s Hang
Event-style flow with a clear journey from browse to commitment.
Bioprocess Scheduler
Lane-style schedule with overlaps, rules, and visible tradeoffs when things move.
Healosbench
Structured passes on AI output — clearer criteria, fewer vague sign-offs.
RBAC admin platform
Operations-facing panels: roles, audit trails, and screens teams live in.
Heliox Gateway
Gateway-shaped service work — routing, keys, caching, and observable requests.
CartShield
Checkout-adjacent reliability — retries, failure modes, and safe paths under load.
Pick the lane that fits. Small first scopes — ship something real, then extend what works.
A sharper website for founders, SMBs, agencies, and service businesses that need trust before the first call.
A clean internal tool for teams stuck with spreadsheets, manual updates, scattered workflows, or reporting chaos.
APIs, auth, jobs, integrations, evals, backend flows, and reliability work for technical buyers.
I'd rather align on one thin slice you can ship than stretch a roadmap across quarters nobody's ready to own.
Fit
If you want someone who can take the messy version and turn it into a clean first build, we'll probably get along.
You want credibility, clarity, and fewer headaches — not a framework quiz.
See live work →Quiet execution: ship without babysitting. Clear owner — no mystery assignee.
See live work →You care about boundaries, failure modes, and whether handoff is honest.
See live work →Process
I don't start by pretending everything needs a rebuild. We find the smallest useful slice, ship it properly, then decide what deserves more budget.
Old site, fuzzy product idea, dashboard nobody trusts, or a workflow still held together by email.
Screens, data, flows, risks — and what we are not building yet.
Landing page, dashboard slice, flow, automation, API fix — tight scope, real artifact.
Responsive UI, sane states, enough notes that someone else could pick it up.
If it works, grow it. If it does not, you found out without funding a year-long rewrite.
Engagement
Big-bang rebuilds are a great way to fund regret. I'd rather start with one useful slice: a page, a flow, a dashboard, a cleanup, or a backend fix that proves the direction.
I tear down what is costing trust or clarity. Short list, clear fixes, honest estimate.
SMBs · agencies · brands
One scoped slice: page, screen, flow, automation, or backend fix — shipped, not debated.
Low commitment, real artifact
Steady shipping when you need capacity, not another headcount line.
Ongoing improvements · predictable rhythm
I'd rather earn trust on a small sprint than sell a rebuild you never needed.
Remote
Remote is simple when the work is explicit: scope in writing, steady updates, and demos you can forward without translating.
About
I'm Jay Bankoti. Bankoti Studio is small on purpose — you work directly with the person building the thing.
A lot of projects start messy: an old site that undersells the business, a dashboard nobody trusts, a product flow that sort of works but feels unfinished, or a backend process held together by manual checks. I'm useful when you need someone to turn that into a clean first version without turning it into a six-month performance.
I ship what customers touch — sites, dashboards, flows — and what keeps it stable underneath: data, APIs, jobs, integrations, and reliability work.
Send the messy version. I'll tell you what a sane first slice looks like — site, dashboard, automation, API, or something smaller.
Or email bankotijay.if@gmail.com.
Small scope first, something you can ship — then we decide what earns another slice.
